Good quality, delivery needs work
I ordered the SF Echelon Jacket last month. The jacket itself is top-notch, really feels durable and well-made, exactly what I expected. Sizing was accurate based on their guide, which was a relief. My only real gripe was the shipping; it took 11 days to get to me in Texas, which felt a bit slow for the price of the item. Packaging was good though. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase but they could improve on the delivery speed.
Great gear, some sizing surprises
I bought the SF Combat Trousers and an SF Training T-shirt a few weeks ago. The trousers are fantastic, very rugged and comfortable for field use, and the pockets are well-designed. The material feels really premium, like it's built to last. The training t-shirt was also good quality, moisture-wicking as advertised. However, I found the t-shirt ran a bit smaller than expected, even after checking the size chart. I usually wear a large, and this large felt more like a snug medium. Had to exchange it, which was a pretty smooth process with their customer service, thankfully. Took about 3 days for them to process the return once it arrived back at their warehouse. Overall, very satisfied with the gear itself, just be mindful of sizing on some items.
